The MicroSound development is actually a huge violation of human rights even though this idea doesn't sound so bad. But keep in mind hacking the human brain is torturous and inhumane. Intellectual property does not just exist on disk drives and recordable media alone. Intellectual property are the things which you can create either on paper or make a reality through tools with solely the power of your own mind and level of intelligence.
